Stopped connecting to app

I've had the 3 pack of camera's for over 2 year and they worked great with the old app. A few months ago they updated the software and we had to download a new app and ever since then I'm having issues with my cameras connecting. Initially it was only the camera in front of my house, then the one on the side did the same thing. Both cameras on the app say "offline" and when I click into the setting for the camera it says "swann security is not currently connected to this device". I've deleted the devices and attempted to re-sync them and still nothing. So frustrating when they were working fine with the old app!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Truly impressed again with swann

Got two of the wireless 1080p cameras installed yesterday, great audio and video, I’m used to the home safe app. I’m having little trouble navigating the swann security app. Only 2 down falls and they are both in app. not cameras. Can’t delete clips from drv from swann security app. that I’ve found, delete WiFi clips all day, and the other is I haven’t found video of how to connect WiFi to dvr so I can watch on one screen at home if needed. The app. Shows them all, but lot faster and time convenient to pull up on my tv, with all cameras. I’ve found places that says it can be done but nothing to follow. I wished I had the magnetic hangers for the other wired cameras ! Thanks Swann I appreciate you!!

Bought the two pack in June 2021. Both had to be returned with 2 months. Battery wouldn't charge on one. The other wouldn't connect to WiFi. Still waiting for the replacement. Also, constantly going offline.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Product.

I've been with SWANN home DVR System, Stand Cameras requiring AC Power WIFI, Wireless Battery Cameras for 14 years and have always loved what I got. I have always recommended SWANN versus the competitors because in the past if I had an issue, their customer service is 24/7 all year long and have never had an issue that was not resolved via phone. I mostly have all their products with no issues. These little wireless 1080p smart security cameras are awesome because you can place them anywhere with wifi. I do agree that a strong wifi signal is required because most of our homes today are smart and require wifi (SWANN, Nest, ADT, Cameras, Ring Doorbell, Streaming movies, WEMO plug in's and the list goes on. I love these little guys in addition to all my other SWANN. I have a personal VPN, keep this in mind because you may have to allow that wifi usage or it may be blocked, the network providers are always scrambling IP address's, so many things that interact and change but SWANN Tech support has always been good in resolving any issues that I have had over 14 years.
