no good stay away

i got the set of 3 cameras and i did wat they said charge the cameras for at least 6 hours well i let them charge over night 10 hours and they never took a charge, i woke up and it kept showing offline so i looked at the battery and it was showing 0 percent. they suck a friend of mine also brought his cameras from menards and they would not connect to the internet, stay away from theses cameras they suck big time....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a month ago and was very easy to connect to wi fi and install, whilst away on a short break we could view the cameras and any activity via the phone app. Only problem was that one of the camera’s went offline and on returning home found the camera to be completely unresponsive. I have just submitted a warranty claim with Swann and must say that to date they have been very quick to respond.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Never Work

These are a waste of time. I activate them, and then if I hear a noise outside I open the app to view live mode and I can try for 5-10 minutes and it just loads and I never get a picture. So if someone was breaking into my house, they would already be inside before I could even view the live stream. I never get notifications of when they are triggered even if i have purposely walked in front of the camera to test it out. Disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to set up and great nightvision quality

I live in a townhouse and after people stealing from our cars or damaging them and taking off we got fed up and finally got cameras. Nothing the cops can do without surveillance. I feel a lot better having these up knowing they will catch anything.

Hello,
The cameras are able to last up to 3 - 4 weeks but this would vary for every customer. The more often the cameras detect motion and the more you view the cameras liver would shorten the battery life. For this reason, we began producing a solar panel that is able to charge the cmaersa during the day.

Good Value System.

The cameras are good quality and work well and are easy setup the only thing that I think needs a bit more work is the App which seems to be a bit unstable especially when you try and access live feed sometimes you get it just fine and other times it just hangs.The App itself does everything else pretty well from setting up the camera to viewing recorded or uploaded video so hopefully they can get the live streaming issue worked out in the near future.
