Do not recommend this product at all

My Stepdad purchased this for my Mum about 8 months ago and it was installed in early January. You can see the live view perfectly and then 3-4 minutes later the DVR turns itself off and disconnects from the screen and you have nothing. Eventually (no set timing.. just when it feels like it) it will start back up and the 3-4 minutes later it's gone again. Because the DVR isn't running you have no access to anything on the app. This has been going on for 6 months and nothing will make this system stay running as it should. Can't express how disappointed in this product we are.

The cameras are very good, the image is great, easy to manage and operate. Just needs some help with the notification feature, it's iffy. Other than that, it is great!

Have only had this system for a day, but already feel so much safer. So easy to install. ...and we're not spring chickens! It's a wonderful concept to be able to go on my phone from anywhere and be able to check in to see my home....my safe and secure home. Thank you Swann for making such a user friendly product.

Easy to install for our first time. Great quality pictures. Set at high sensitivity and yes it's sensitive! Could have made the alert a little more subtle and with a volume as it's a bit loud. Otherwise it's exactly what I wanted. I'm a happy customer
