A very nice piece of equipment. The only issue was setting it up and struggling to find the right answer to "location" Through trial and error I got lucky and realized they were looking for my city.After that everything booted up pretty quickly and is fully functional. You can even expand the video stream to get more detail

Only installed this yesterday and already impressed. Great to be able to check that our garage doors are down even when we are away from the home. Easy to install.

Messy system

I have installed 4 cameras We are on nbn with strong wi fi signal.But cameras are slow to download inconsistant and finicky.I installed an expensive wi fi booster but that didnt change anything.The magnet mount isnt strong enough as after 24 hours or so the weight of the camera sags down.This system needs some tweaking to make it function smoothly.Russell

Ok product but needs improvement

My review for four star is based on only on the cloud service being a great price but it only takes cloud upon short videos If there is movement and even if there was movement continuously therfeature y a short time it will stop. Even if you have it set on minimum sleep time it was still only give you a short film and still won't give you that lost footage I tested to video myself and was attempted to steal something at my own place and it only took a picture of my presence it did not see me take what was in the area in order to identify what was the theft. I feel the company should give option if the camera is plugged in you will get continuous cloud recording if it's on its own on battery you would give option to keep it off or put it on and describe that it will use more battery but those short films upon motion is not really a good feature it should be only option to check off if you want to do it that way. I know this also the quality at certain angles is not as good as expected especially from a 1080 I also notice that night vision is not what I expected either in certain areas of the home the night vision varies on how bright and how Dim it was.

Magnetic Mount for Swann SWWHD- INTCAM Wireless is Useless

The magnetic mount for the Swann SWWHD-INTCAM is useless. The camera is mounted property but the cameras magnetic ball mount keeps slipping down. Camera basic points towards the ground. Camera good. App ok, requires some refinement..like setting recording times.

NOT for ceiling mount, yet.

Product description says we can mount it on ceiling but to do that camera must be upside down and there is no option to flip image on camera itself, in firmware, or in the only app we can use with it. Another thing to fix in future revisions of firmware or app. The latest firmware upgrade improved a couple of things, but still much progress to be made IMHO.
