Good tv for the price

This is a good tv. The picture quality is excellant. The only complaint I have is the location of the USB port. And only 2 HDMI ports.

We were looking at a TV for the bedroom. I was looking for an LG because of previous success. I own a 60" Plasma. I like plasma because the refresh rate is 0. But we decided on and LED for the weight and the price. We watch Action Movies, Science shows, and sports. The refresh rate on this set is excellent. For a living room TV this would be a little short on features for me, but it is an excellent Bedroom TV.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Quality, lg product, size, price

I was hesitated before buying this non-smart tv. But after using it for 2 months, now I'm glad that I bought this.
TV quality is awesome and that too in very low price.
I attached chromecast and wohooo....now it's a smart tv.

Hard to match picture at any price

This TV looks fantastic. It only took 10 minutes, maybe, between me opening the box and me watching TV. This picture is great. If you don't like it, there are sophisticated picture controls. You can calibrate the image until it's precisely to your liking (but you'll be happy even if you don't adjust it). As a photographer, screen calibration is crucial. There are also settings for sound, but beyond my understanding.
There's one major flaw, auto contrast. It can be turned off, but it becomes clear fast that the best picture can't be achieved unless it's on. The issue with it is that it can make it seem like the brightness is warming up. When a scene or show fades to black, the auto contrast makes things darker. When your show comes back, unless it's a dark scene (which most TV shows aren't) it seems like the pictures dark for a second for it to get to normal brightness. Granted it's only a second, but it's so hard to not notice, even on the lowest auto contrast.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Love the picture

We absolutely love this TV. The picture is awesome and the features it has are so east to use and very helpful in getting the most out of your TV. If I had to pick one bad thing about the TV, I would just say that the overall sound could be a little better. Sometimes we have to turn it up very loud in order to hear it, but it is also in a open space in our house

Great TV

TV setup was less than 10 minutes from box to cabinet. Plenty of nice features but not so complicated that you need an engineering degree to operate. Beautiful picture and much better sound than our old TV.

I love this TV! The picture is superb and the features are a real convient and easy way to watch basically anything you want. You can even mirror your phone to the TV which basically means Bluray's are about to be obsolete. The TV is super light weight and easily hung on a wall.

Seem to have difficulty with the remote set-up, but that is minor. Still want to buy an external sound system. This is my first LG product and I love it.
