not bad, but not the best

Originally I wanted a 50 inch but the one I ordered was broken so I tried to get a new one locally. No one had one locally so I got the 55inch which cost $100 more. It isn't the best tv on the market but it is far from being the worst. Out of all the models I reviewed and researched I'd say on a scale of 1-100 I'd give it a 88 on the scale. It only has 2 HDMI which I wanted 3, there is limited audio ports but if you are creative you'll make it work. I only have one major issue and that is my DVDs won't play. I haven't figured it out yet but I'm thinking there is an issue with the HDMI handshake. One other thing, I recommend getting a hefty power strip if you have more than 2-3 devices. My old power strip (a Monster 850G) couldn't hack it.

Great LED TV at a great price!

Purchased this LED TV to replace an aging CRT HD TV. It has a great picture, but like most flat screen TV's, the sound could be better. I like the ability to use an optical digital out cable to run the sound through an external speaker or sound bar. I also wish it had more than two HDMI ports, but I guess that is typical for this price range.The one thing I would like changed is to have a vertical center stand instead of the legs that are positioned near the outer edges of the screen.

this product is great with all of the tune ups provided,great color,great picture,my friends have already offered to buy mine of course the answer is always no way go buy your own,wouldn't have any oyher brand of t.v. but lg,love it.

Excellent features!
Total satisfaction, except for the layout of remote. The "MUTE" button is hard to locate quickly. It could be larger or a different color. It might be better located near the on/off button.

I replaced an aging 46 inch with a large bezel. This tv offers more viewing area while taking up the same amount of wall space. Very good value at this price.
