Excellent picture, but sound not quite as good

I really like the clarity of thr picture, especially the depth and width of field in outdoor shots. The only complaint is that the sound quality isn't the best. It's good, but could be a bit better.
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use

This LG 55" is the best thing I have purchased. The picture is perfect and the sound is great. I would recommend it to anyone. It was worth the money...

after viewing many lcd televisions I chose the LG. I love the bright and crisp picture. The price point allowed me to buy a larger screen then I had anticipated. The links LG has sent to me, with "How to" tips, have been very helpful.

Great picture and sound

Our 50" LG is in an outdoor setting-- a covered and screened lanai in Central Florida. The picture is superb, and the sound is very impressive, covering a large area with exceptional clarity

The picture quality with the sharp contrast between bright colors and deep blacks is outstanding. I found the sound quality to be muffled so I hooked it up to surround sound and am very satisfied. The price was very reasonable and I love the 60" size.

From a 20 year old TV to this one amazing, dynamic

Yes from sitting in front of a 20 year old TV to this LG is simply UNBELIEVABLE, just another world. Cannot believe the picture quality and sound. Just like bringing the world into your living room. Extremely easy to set up. It has become the main feature in living area. Just a note: one feature particular to this model - it comes with stands on each side and not the center post.
