Great Printer

I recently purchased the MFC-8910DW to replace an older Brother printer and have found it to be extremely reliable. It even prints envelopes without wrinkling them!
The printer is fast, feeds well, and the copies come out clean and crisp.
There is only thing I dislike. There is no light indicating that the printer is on. Therefore you must look at the display to make that determination. Otherwise, you may inadvertently leave the printer on all night.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad Experience

Had two (2) of these with lines on scanning issue. First was repaired and still had issue, both returned to Amazon. Ordered MFC-8710DW to replace and good so far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as good as my previous older model Brother

My new MFC-8910DW is not as fast as the MFC-8890DW. I am disappointed with the newer model.
I am having a problem with the copies. They are not clean copies, there is a black vertical line on the right side of the copies.

Brother printers are goodly

Been a Brother Printer user for some years now. This news MFC-8910DW is the berries. The duplex printing is a feature I need and did not realize how much until I started with this alliteration. Costs per sheet, hum, seems to be on par with my last MFC making it the least expensive per page laser printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

good upgrade

i hve had earlier models of this machine and the last one worked for me for eight years or so and it was time to upgrade. This new model does all that the earlier ones did, but better. I am satisfied with the features, functionality and are glad to find that Brother support has continued to be top notch.

Great Office Addition!

This printer is a great reliable workhorse for long printing runs with excellent quality printing. The additional abilities to work wireless, scan, email and fax documents and files makes it a necessity.
This my third Brother printer and each update purchase is better than the last.

great purchase

I have used Brother printing products for years. I upgraded a very good MFC8860DN to the MFC8910DW. Windows 8 wireless setup was troublesome and took about 2 hours to set up because of the special drivers. I do not think it was the fault of the printer. Finally it was set up and the machine works very fast with crisp clean print. Duplexing is faster than on the previous machine. This machine also does duplex copy/scan which is a real time saver. So far, I am very pleased with the purchase.

The incoming faxes are extremely slow, much slower than our previous machine was. Is there any way this can be made faster? Is it a memory problem? Can the memory be increased to speed it up?
