I like this backpack! It's pretty and has a good amount of space. It's not the greatest quality, and the zippers don't move cleanly. I move quickly from period to period at school, so had I checked the reviews I would have gone for another backpack. High Sierra does have backpacks with good zippers, but this backpack is not one of them.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Lightweight, Stylish

Bought 2 backpacks for my 10 year old and 13 year old girls. Love the style and the multiple sections. Super durable construction and heavy duty zippers. Plenty of room for extra things like water bottles, recorders and jackets. We love these backpacks and they seem like they will last them through high school.

Sturdy however......

This was my sons first High Sierra backpack. We had used LLBean before. The main complaint is the dual zippers to the main compartment. My son didn't like those and felt it was kind of hard to store his big huge binder in it and stored it easier in the pocket toward the front. The material was nice and sturdy and we would get another High Sierra again but we need to go bigger than the one and unfortunately it seems this backpack is as big as it gets for High Sierra.
Pros: Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity, High Quality
Cons: Weirdly designed

I really like everything about it . However, I feel it can still be tweaked a little bit so that'll be ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! 1: please consider adding a load lifter/stabilizer straps 2: please also consider adding a padded waist/hip belt 3. Stabilizer straps to waist/hip belt Thx

Absolutely love this backpack. I needed something comforttable and with some sense of style to make transporting my laptop and stuff to and from the office a better experience. This backpack ticks all of the boxes for me. My son recommended the High Sierra Swerve Backpack (and he knows I'm picky). I tried his out for a few days and liked the backpack. Once I saw the fit tailored for women I was sold. The 'not boring' pattern also met my expectations. Thank you for your attention to quality. Easy to keep organized with the Swerve.
