Highly Recommend-High Sierra Swerve Backpack

I purchased my High Sierra Swerve Backpack Style Butterflies/Pink Lemonade in the spring of 2014. I immediately noticed the quality and durability of the product. As a college student, I carry around a laptop, books, notebooks, etc., my backpack is able to hold a lot stuff and still be a comfortable wear. There are many things that I enjoy about this backpack. The first is all the different compartments: • Two different bigger compartments for your books and binders • A spot just for your laptop • Two mesh water bottle holders • A small compartment on top ( I use this for my keys) • A front pocket to keep all your writing utensils As a student who is always on the move my backpack gets thrown around and shoved into places. It has maintained it shape and usage over the past two years. The one thing that I wish I could change is the white back of the backpack. Over the years, exposed to the natural weather elements of Iowa, my backpack has become stained. This stain is only an aesthetics problem and has not affected the usage of the bag. I very much still appreciate this bag very much. If you are a high school or college student, I would recommend this backpack to you. It will hold up to every challenge you give it.

I purchased this backpack to use for college because the one that I had before broke. I noticed that a number of my classmates have High Sierra backpacks so I figured they must be good. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I like it. It seems durable and is comfortable and roomy with lots of nice pockets. My only problem with it is that some of the zippers work hard sometimes, but for the price, it is certainly a good backpack.

I love the size of this backpack. I ordered it for college wanting something big and comfortable because I know I will be carrying big heavy book. When I got it in the mail right away I loved how much space and compartments it has to fit a lot of things. Also the padding seems really good to makr it very comfortable. So I am sure everything I will need will fit just great but also be comfortable.

I use this pack for my firearms and accessories. It is tough enough to handle the weight of ammunition and is very well balanced if I need to pick up and move. I also like the tech area where I carry my tablet. Haven't used the laptop sleeve, but it is definitely big enough to hold a 15 inch laptop. The only drawback is you do have to be careful with the zippers when closing because they can snag on the backpack material when closing.

Excellent for use with my firearms and ammunition. Tough enough for the weight. I seldom use the laptop sleeve, but do use the space for my tablet. Only drawback is the zippers can snag, but it isn't a big problem for me.

Worth my money

This backpack is definitely worth spending money on. I am a college student who lugs around a laptop, laptop charger, and several books in my bag, which can weigh a ton. This padding on the backpack allows my back to be comfortable regardless of how much stuff my backpack may have. Although I have difficulty with the zippers at times, the backpack overall definitely satisfied my college-backpack needs.
