Shame as I thought this was going to be a home run

Not a fan. Use it for head, chest and back. Leaves scratches and marks. Irritates the skin quite a bit. Attachments don't get close enough. Unfortunate as I like the handle extension option.
Positive was I called customer service after he first head broke and they replaced at no charge which was great but still hasn't made a difference.
The charge holds really well too.
Will be looking for another device

Cons: too many too list

All purpose manscaper

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned the BG2040/49 and this model is much better. I like that there is only one shaver/clipper motor and not the dual sided shaver/clipper. Not having to change attachments was convenient on the old model, but after a while the clipper side battery died out much faster than the shaver side. You have to change attachments for clipping with this model, which does work better, they stay on securely and better than the slide adjustment on the old model, but you do have attachments to hunt for when needed. The extender arm is also very useful and much more effective than I anticipated. Overall, solid product, improvement over older model.
Pros: good battery life, attachments stay on securely, strong motor, clean shave/trim
Cons: storing of attachments

This is my 2nd groomer and I'm very satisfied that I'm one of the loyal user. I like the new design and the dual function and how it meets the close shave I want for a product. One thing I noticed is this new one makes a lot of noise compared to the previous.

Terrible Battery Life

Battery Life declines rapidy, I cannot even get through a quarter of my face without the thing shutting off, I have to plug it in, wait a few moments and begin again. So frustrating!

Quiet, comfortable shave and great attachments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Norelco Bidy groomer works great and has a nice form factor. It shaves very comfortably with no irritation at all. It is great to have all of the attachments that are included. Noise level is not overly loud. I have used others that are much louder. So far, battery life seems good.

Not nearly as good as my traditional wired clippers

I received this Norelco Bodygroom 3500 for free as a sample and for an honest review. Unfortunately, I don`t have much positive to say about the product. As a man with a fairly large amount of body hair I do tend to groom a lot around the arm, back and groin areas. This product barely worked at all, if any, on these areas. I wanted this to work well as it is nice and compact, but it just doesn`t have the power to cut through body hair the way a traditional wired pair of clippers does. I would not recommend this proouct to anyone hoping to use this to replace their classic wired trimmer for even moderate body grooming of the arms, back and groin areas.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The groomer lacks functionality. It is not adjustable for a comfortable shave. T does not come with a mesh covering so it makes it uncomfortable. There is also not an adjustment level sonyou only have one level not a one two or three level. All in all if you don’t need to adjust for any reason it’s the product for you, however for a hairy person who needs different levels of adjustments this is not going to be the product for you.
Pros: wet/dry shave is great!
Cons: no adjustability or mesh guard

Rips the hair from your body - or feels like it does

i bought this based on the back attachment function and in the hope that it could help tame my back hair with relative ease. The handle and the shaver work, but it is far from a pleasant experience. It feels like the razor is pulling and tugging the hair as opposed to cutting it. I dread using it - It is that uncomfortable, and it still leaves me with stubble. Given my experience with my back, i shudder to think about using it on more....errr...delicate areas. Save your money and use sandpaper or a brillo-pad. I'm incredibly disappointed in the product, especially given the brand involved.
Pros: can access difficult to reach areas, long time between charges, great concept
Cons: uncomfortable to use, not a clean shave. stubble is best result, feels like i wasted my money
