I usually take those descriptions with a grain of salt but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was, indeed, exactly as described. This is the second one we purchased because we wanted one in each of the bathrooms. The charger comes with this product so no cords needed and the charge lasts a long time.

Really wanted to like it but just didn’t perform..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features sound good, but don’t perform as expected in reality. Even with the multi-directional feature and additional center foil, this took a lot of passes to get all the hairs and I felt like I had to work for it to get the job done especially if using in the shower. I did not use it for the groin, but I did feel very comfortable handling it elsewhere and I could see how it could provide confidence using it for the groin (just not sure how effective it would be for the same reasons above). With the added convenience of the back attachment, I was hoping I could replace my Philips OneBlade with this but it looks like I’ll be switching back for now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Blade Coil

Incredibly cheap coil, it bends easy and is thin as can be, probably is the reason why it hurts everytime to shave and pulls hairs out. I’ve had old models that were good but this new model has a very cheap coil.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To ensure optimal performance, please check that the cutting element or trimming comb is securely attached to the groomer’s body. Incorrect attachment can lead to poor results. Applying too much pressure can also affect the performance, so try to maintain gentle, steady contact with your skin and trim against the grain of your hair. Hair grows in various directions, so move the trimmer in different directions (upwards, downwards, and across) to achieve an even trim. Also, using the correct attachment for your hair length can make a significant difference.
