[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Washer dryer combo is easy because you don’t have to remember to take out the clothes to put in the dryer. However my clothes always come out wrinkly even if taken out timely. It’s an extra hassle to have to run the iron more. A lot of lint gets stuck behind the rubber opening, it’s hard to clean that area. Not a lot of clothes can fit in the machine. Overall I’d give it a 4/5 because I am not used to this system, but keep in mind it’s doing good for the environment.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent machine but is flawed

We purchased this in 2019. We like the features. The one problem we have is the fabric softner will not automatically dispense anymore. It hasn't done so for months. We have cleaned the dispense thoroughly with no success. Any suggestion on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Water hammer so bad cops involved

Takes forever and its too confusing to do simple things like a dry only cycle at a specific temp (actually not even sure its possible). More importantly, the water hammer in my townhouse is so horrible it led to cops saying neighbors are complaining about “sounds of explosions”. This is WITH an arrestor and flow valve turned down to 25%, and an expansion tank on our water tank. Plumber’s only remaining recommendation is tear down our walls and re-secure our pipes as the damage has migrated to other pipes.
