Next morning after coffee cleaned/dryed clothes are ready to be folded. Its magic, no waiting for washer to complete so dryer can be loaded. Load at night, ready at daylight.

The reason I bought this product is the minimal requirement for power: 10 Amps! And, it works, great results, and little power consumption. All you need comes with the device, all tools, really everything. It takes a little to get used to operating, and connecting to the WLAN took a little, but the reason was me: I do not read manuals expecting everything to work as I think it should.
Are there real downsides? Not really, but you've to decide to operate without AFCI or reconfigure the wiring in the washer to get the dryer working, both getting you into trouble, with your insurance in case something happens even without this machine being involved, or LG if you are asking for repairs while under warranty. LG should work on this, while this is a pretty common issue for many other manufacturers as well, especially for older models.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this washer, we experienced a problem with a back panel that was bent inwards enough to scrape on the drum, however this was taken care of by LG and overall the experience has been great, as far as the product goes and using it, it’s (for now) the only machine with the specific laundry list (hehe) of functions we needed in this form factor. Others are coming to market now with this same feature set, but they are much larger and don’t fit the niche use cases this one does. Overall we love it.

I’m sorry to say that I can’t give a review since I haven’t been able to run the machine. The door latch won’t close and the soap door latch latch doesn’t work either. I went Loews where I bought it and said they would see what they can can do. But no word as of today.

Huge flaw - do not buy!!

This machine looks beautiful, and as a washer/dryer goes it’s fairly standard. However, this machine has a HUGE FLAW that is not advertised. You cannot wash anything smaller the size of a washcloth or smaller in this machine. that means no socks, no underwear, no baby clothes, nothing. There’s a setting for “baby clothing” which is hilarious! We have had the machine for 2 years and have had to have it repaired (ie someone has to come completely take it apart and find the clog)!at least 5x. It’s been a different thing each time. Each time we think we’re safe, and each time something incrementally larger gets stuck. We were instructed to use laundry bags to wash our things in (already an inconvenience) and things still somehow get stuck. It’s truly a marvel of crummy engineering. We’ve wasted so much money on the repair of this machine, because after the first clog, the warranty no longer covers it. If you are a person who has socks, underwear, wash cloths, children’s clothing, hand towels, or anything else that normal people might need to wash, DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect washer dryer combo

We are a family of 4 and have limited space available. I was skeptical of the washer dryer combo but it was our only option. We had to use an LG earlier model waiting for signature one to become available so I can compare. It is hands down better. No odd smell during drying, more quite, more room for clothes and smaller. Almost too good to be true. We use it daily, sometimes twice a day and it has been chugging along perfectly. Very happy with it.
