[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washer/dryer is space saving and time saving. Just put the wash in, program how I want it to wash my clothes, then let it do its magic. The appliance was a bit pricey but fair trade in performance and dependableity. I and my wife asked for a demonstration since we were not familiar with high tech. LG sent out a representative and he cleared all confusion. That made our purchase all worth while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like having just one unit instead of two to wash and dry but at the same time it requieres constant cleaning so it worls properly and drying is very hard, not always all items come out 100% dry and I have to air dry them or otherwise I will be behind pn my laundry and even if I add more drying time the result is the same. A towel drying option will be nice since we wash a lot of them also a bigger size unit will be nice. But after all it does the job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Constant time wasted troubleshooting and draining

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For context I purchased the entire line of LG Signature appliances minus the TV because I was genuinely excited by the design and thought and effort put into R&D for each of the products. For this washer I always boasted about it being ahead of the curve, especially in the US, with an All-In-One design.
That quickly faded because after a few weeks into having it installed I would get constant OE Drain Errors and Unbalanced Load errors. This occurs even when there isn't even anything in the machine and just doing a tub clean, but happens about 30-40% of normal loads. So I have to spend about an hour draining and trying again. I've troubleshooted the issue and even bought a borescope to see if there were clogs and there were none, and I clean the trap about every 3-4 days to help avoid the issues. I'm highly disappointed in this product and would only recommend it with LG Premium Care but at that point you getting a great deal less value out of the cost and you're basically subscribing to the washer at that point because you'll need extended warranty if you want to keep it around more than 5 years for sure.

Great compact combo!

This model is a little pricey and it takes a bit longer to wash and dry compared to separate models but otherwise it is ideal for an apartment. When you buying appliance for an apartment you need to consider not only space but also your power lines and LG combo fit perfectly both. Plus, not only it's extremely easy to use and all the settings are self explanatory it looks very stylish!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few years ago, I was building my tiny house and wasn't satisfied with the reviews I was seeing for other combo units, so I didn't buy one for the longest time. I continued to research and found that LG was going to be releasing this one within a couple years. I waited until it was available and ordered it and haven't been disappointed at all! It's a beautiful unit and works really well. I don't know what else to say other than I love all of the features. It's surpassed the typical lifespan of a standard combo unit, and I don't see that changing any time soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We converted a tiny space where our hot water heater had been into a laundry room so needed a ventless system that was compact. The washer works great and fast, the dryer takes a long time to dry so you have to plan ahead for one load a day if you plan to dry it. We have had some issues with draining but LG has been amazing in coming to fix it for us.
