Looks amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a very good range. Looks very modern, does everything I ask it to do. There are a few annoyances though: it’s difficult to clean under the grates and the touch screen has a mind of its own if heat disappeared from the pan gets too close to it. Large pans on the front burners cause the touch screen to cycle through the menu creating this constant clicking. You just have to push the pan away from the touch screen after that. Minor but annoying.

Air fryer feature overated; griddle useless

The air fryer is just convection oven with another name. I have tried different temperatures and foods with unsatisfactory results. Bought stand alone air fryer. The middle burner does not heat the griddle evenly even with preheating. The middle area is only place to cook pancakes even with preheating the griddle. No griddle was furnished with stove so used one from another brand. Wish I had stuck with other brand!

Installed this 2 months ago. Overall difficult to clean. It is difficult to keep the touch screen area clean. Difficult to clean even with the control panel lock on. We do not fry food. Can’t imagine cleaning up grease with this stove. The oven has been used normal amount of times for 2 months. It was barely dirty...normal splashes from cooking on the inside. I decided to use the self-clean feature to make sure it worked properly. What a joke! I ran the process twice and it is worthless. Nothing was removed or made it easy to clean. Thank goodness for Mr. Clean magic eraser and over an hour of scrubbing. Again, it wasn’t that dirty to begin with. Get rid of this system and go back to the high temperature self cleaning.

Whirpool App errors out

Was looking forward to getting this latest model Wi-Fi, Alexa enabled, Scan2Cook gas range ,,, Whirlpool app installed and "appeared" to set up my account ,,, Now Whirlpool app ERRORS out everytime I start it up.
I have UNinstalled/REinstalled the app several times, and app is still erroring out !!!
I can't really give you any STARS until I can get into the Whirlpool App !!

Knobs in front are dangerous

The knobs are so easily turned on. Every day it turns on and leaks gas. I would never recommend this stove, wish the knobs were on top

I hate his range.

I get locked out and cannot unlock the console. Nothing I do will unlock it. I cannot login using my smart phone app, but can login to the Whirlpool web site so I know my password. HATE THIS RANGE!! Serious programming update needed to both phone app and range program.

Hi tjcarst2, we would recommend resetting the Range by turning it off at the breaker for 3-5 minutes in order for the control panel to reset itself if you cannot manually unlock it using the controls.
