Very Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am about to call a service technician as I am having trouble with the touch pad and can't get the clean cycle to work among other things. Also not sold on aqualift as it only worked once. Also the oven would stop heating in the middle of cooking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Someone should have told me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a good stove but the glass too is impossible to keep clean. Also, someone should have said to wait until the top cools before trying to wipe stuff off. One burner…the whole cooktop is hot!

Bad purchase

Purchased about 2 years ago. Absolutely hate to use it. Burner temp knobs are extremely hard to see, front left burner gets so hot that I can't use it for anything that needs a low, slow simmer. It burns everything. The convection is lackluster and does not adequately circulate the hot air, so food doesn't bake evenly. Choosing an oven temp is annoying, and if you want to change the cooking type (convection, bake, broil) you have to turn the oven off and start over. I love to bake and hardly ever do it anymore because this range is so hard to use. If I hadn't spent so much money on it, I'd junk it and get a cheap one with all manual knobs and controls. Truly a bad purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
