Screen and surface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish there was a lock screen and you had to touch a button before using the touch screen features. It is too easy to accidently push buttons when walking by or standing at the stove. The top of the stove scratches easily if pots/pans are not lifted of the surface. Other than that, this is a nice stove.

digital display for oven is nice.

Only thing digital is the oven settings, front knobs are cheap plastic should have been digital like my 8 year old stove that replaced this. Top heating elements seem to taking longer to heat. Is more for looks than functionality. No proof setting. lowest temp is 150 degrees.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Electronic Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the cook top is cleaned the control panel starts to act up. On one occasion the panel locked up and I had to shut the breaker to rest

Like the convection oven & time conversion

Oven controls defective upon delivery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have lived in our new house for 7 weeks and have been without an oven. The stove top works fine, but we get an error message when attempting to use the oven. The local repair Technician was out 2 weeks ago and determined it needed a new motherboard. Came out today to install and found Whirlpool had shipped the incorrect part to them. We will now have to wait another couple of weeks for a new part and to reschedule another visit. The local Technicians are wonderful and very sympathetic to our problem. This is all on Whirlpool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can’t see the settings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying the range however we are struggling to see the writing on the knobs. It’s very faint and you have to bend over and put glasses on to see the settings.

Looks great, but the touch screen is poor quality
