Nice range but touchpad can be painful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a nice looking range and works well. If the touchpad for the oven is locked (which it needs to be to clean the surface), it is EXTREMELY difficult to unlock it (and several people tried so it’s not a single user issue). I had a service call for another issue, the service person said that it’s a very common complaint… he showed me EXACTLY where your finger needs to be and the light touch required- it’s taken lots of practice but I finally have it! I think a sticker put on the touchpad referring to a video of how to operate it would save a lot of frustration (and maybe service calls).
I also find the glass top marks very easily, so any spills have to be removed immediately.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glad to get a range with exactly the features I wanted. The ‘water’ oven cleaning doesn’t seem to do the trick. The manual says not to use commercial oven cleaners, so how do I get this clean? The burner buttons offer many options, but are a little confusing at first, with so many options available on each button. It does seem to perform well in all required functions. Will do a more comprehensive review later.

Not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was delivered mid September. Not thrilled. Takes along time to heat and just as long to cool. Every time I go near the top it activates. There is no external plug, so this makes it difficult to uses appliances on stove. The user instructions were not clear especially for the air fry feature. Even this form wasn’t simple.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smart features may be overkill for some

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my kitchen totally renovated and this slide-in range was installed on my new counter. It has a lot of bells and whistles which, frankly, I'm not sure I want or need. Connecting this to the wi-fi in my house proved difficult, so my daughter purchased a mesh wi-fi system and, with that installed, she was finally able to connect the range - so this could be a drawback for some and this range seems to be designed for busy, working people who will use the oven's smart features - e.g., remotely begin pre-heating oven, etc. However, I am intrigued by the aqualift oven cleaning and want to use that feature.

Expensive stove that has easily breakable features

Very meh stove: 1. The burners are very touchy. Changing the nob a little changes the burners from too cold to burning. 2. The touch screen on a stove is a terrible idea. Spill anything on it, it starts going crazy. Slightly dirty, the touch screen doesn't work, touch screen goes out, you can't use the oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
