Not too impressed.

I bought this last year for a kitchen renovation. I, like so many others am struggling with cleaning the ceramic top - I thought this one would be easier than the last but it is not. I have followed all instructions and still cannot get the top clean. In addition to the stove top, the oven is also difficult to keep clean despite the self cleaning option. The walls of the oven do not clean well. I scrub and scrub with the scrub pad given and I still cannot remove the stain. The oven glass is also a challenge. The oven fan runs for extended periods of time after the oven is shut off - I'm not sure if this is normal, however, Ive had to unplug my oven tonight to stop this. I will be contacting whirlpool for assistance in the am. I have to say, these tech ovens are not simple like the old days. My last whirlpool oven/stove was simple and lasted forever aside from the ceramic stove top (the worst!). Im disappointed but I am hoping whirlpool is going to help me when I call tomorrow. I would have loved to have bought gas but that is way out of my price range. Seems like we are stuck with these ceramic stove tops that never get clean!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor feature designs

We live in Montreal and purchased this oven a month ago. We never in our wildest imagination thought that this oven would not allow to change the temperature during the baking process. On March 29, the agent gave me some instructions on how to fix this problem but it did not resolve this. I was on the phone for at least 35 minutes. Called again on March 30, this time the agent was rude and obnoxious, telling me twice that you do not typically change the temperature when baking a cake. If you want to do that, you need to go back to the old style coil oven. I did not mention anything about baking a cake, I want to know how I can adjust the temperature when the oven is ON. I called back again and another agent told me to go in front of the oven because she had worked on ovens but not this particular and to tell her what I saw. I also told her that the other agent was rude and that I wish to file a complaint. As we are waiting for the oven to reach the temperature she looks to see who I was talking to and laughs and calls the girl's name and tells me that she worked with her and that she is nice and that she is going to have a talk with her. I doubt this! In the end, we are told that we have to turn it off and turn it on again to change the temperature. My statement is that I made to her if we had have known this 3 weeks ago before it was delivered we would not have purchased this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Electric Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't had long, so still getting used to an electric range, after having gas. Love the cleanliness, but have to be careful about spills and keeping it clean. Also, takes longer to heat up as opposed to a gas range, that is a learning curve. Also have not used any of the WiFi features. Oven seems to work fine.
