Large Oven, touch pad freezes unit & Restarts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice large oven, good overall stove, but the main touch pad freezes the unit multiple times in a months time and restarts the stove, tech not much help, waiting on a part which they say will solve the problem... maybe. Also, wifi option not working as of a month ago, stopped working when the unit restarted on it's own a few times ago. Whirlpool said it's connected with the main touch pad issue, we will see once they replace it, but as of now still waiting (about 3 weeks and still waiting). If i got a lemon, i hope Whirlpool fixes it, as of now I don't recommend due to electronic issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new stove about a mth to 6 wks. The top is AWFUL to keep clean. I purchased afresh, another that the appliance person suggested, to the point of 5 bottles of product. Nothing cleans this top. I never saw reviews about this or I would not have purchased it! Its always smeared no matter which product or cloth. Any spatters are almost permanent esp if its starchy like potatoes or pasta. I'm ver disappointed for the price and name I expected more.
As for workability, oven and burners are perfect!
The controls super touchy as you have to watch that lights didn't come on as I cleaned across the top.

Fancy looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought almost 2 months ago and it needed service already. It wasn’t heating to proper temp. Conventional bake did not work. Tried to make a cake took 5 hours! Service guy was amazing and it works great now. I wish you could lock the touch panel while cooking though, to many times have I touched it or was wiping it and it turned off the baking.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG. I am so happy. My 2 oven stove had a crack on the top but I used the 3 other burners for 3 years cos I loved that stove. The reason I used it for so long is because I just could not decide what stove I would love just as much as my old one. Finally, I bought the Whirlpool and honestly I am in love again. Glad I took the time to research wht I was buying. Great stove.
