Too Confusing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this in my house a few weeks and find the digital display too sensitive to the touch. Additionally, the triple dial is annoying and difficult to adjust.

Extremely Disappointed & Frustrated

We purchased this range as part of a 4 piece Whirlpool kitchen set. We chose Whirlpool for their dependability, the fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish, as well as a few other features with the other appliances. We have had 3 previous glass top ranges, different brands, 1 being a Kitchenaid. We never had an issue with the glass tops on the other brands. We cannot say the same for this Whirlpool glass top. The glass top has an unknown haze on it that doesn't come off and doesn't feel smooth like other areas of the glass top. Never experienced this with the other brands. It isn't baked on food, we use Cerama Bryte cleaner which is recommended for Whirlpool cook tops per the packaging and with all stainless steel cookware, we have no idea why this cook top has this problem. The oven cooks okay, but the steam clean function does not clean the interior and leaves a puddle of water at the bottom of the oven. We do not recommend this range. The dishwasher cleans very well, but makes a clunking noise with every use. We have no complaints about microwave we purchased. The original refrigerator didn't maintain the appropriate cooling temperature and was eventually replaced by Whirlpool. The new one has been working fine. So disappointed by Whirlpool. Would love to hear if anyone else had similar experiences or if a Whirlpool Representative would respond.

High Maintenance - not worth time $ or time

Went to my local Applicance dealer - I wish I had researched - Class action lawsuit in another state for false advertising on the AquaLift self cleaning feature. Does not clean unless you run at least every several days - big joke. Range looks pretty but its the highest maintenance range I have ever owned to keep it looking pretty - no thanks!!! Not worth my time or the money!!!!! Stay Away!
