Aestheticly beautiful highly flawed oven.

I regret ever purchasing this oven. The software Is buggy and the WIFI application is worthless. The touch screen is horrible whomever thought it was a great idea of adding a touch screen that will shut the oven off whenever a drip of water hit it from a boiling pot didn’t think it out much. Adding a touch screen tablet without a reboot option other than unplugging the oven, which has to happen at least every other week, is beyond frustrating. This is a lemon I would gladly return if it was an option. I have loved whirlpool appliances but this model has soured me completely on the brand. I have never owned a more frustrating to use appliance. Poor execution, poor software, and horrible technology wrapped up in a very pretty looking oven. 0 out of 5 stars if it was allowed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whirlpool Range good value

After weeks of research to replace our LG free standing range we bought this make/model from Prab at Coast Appliance Edmonton west end for a very good price. So far no issues, looks sleek, super quiet convection, controls are simple once you get used to them, well built unit, heats up pretty fast. Chose this after 2 weeks of looking,touching,kicking,slamming floor models of various manufacturers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks great but has odd behaviors

This range LOOKS GREAT under the compact micro. It bakes nice too. As with other reviewers I am always dealing with the TOO SENSITIVE TOUCH CONTROL PANEL. It makes the surface DIFFICULT TO CLEAN. Yes it can result in turning the oven on or off at the worst time. The other troubling issue is HOW LONG IT TAKES TO BOIL WATER. Even when on double or triple 'HIGH' setting, the burner cycles on and off. Comparing it to the 30 year-old Electric coil range this replaced which could boil water in half the time. I must admit, we purchased this unit without ever being able to actually see or demo one. That would have changed what was purchased. In summary: Great looking but quirky appliance.

Ok oven

This oven is not ready for the public. Features are good idea but fail to exceed expectations. Constantly disconnects from wifi, opening oven door disables remote enable, touch screen is in the way (the slightest touch can turn the oven off). Touch screen lock does not work when oven is on, which makes no sense, if off button is that sensitive you should be able to lock it so no accidents turn off oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great look and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has a sleek look to it and the fingerprint proof stainless steel is great to have (less cleaning involved). Very easy to use and has all the features you might need. My only concern is the touch-screen display component and how it will work after many years of use/multiple cleanings. No issues so far, but I would consider this the weakest link. All in all very happy with this product.
