I spent twice as much on this stove as I really liked how it looked but I made a Hugh mistake! It really is difficult to keep it looking good and I am a very neat person, I can only imagine if I had kids at home! You have to lean it immediately each time you use it or you can’t get a spot off!

Great looks, large oven size and performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now enjoying our purchase but it took a few days of regular use to get familiar with some of issues of a ceramic cook top. Keeping the top clean is very important. Also, make sure your pots and pans have a smooth and clean bottom contact surface. Both radiant and conducted heat transfer through the ceramic is very rapid … almost as fast as gas. Impressive! But ... a very hot burner surface is easy to mark (I used an auto rubbing compound to refinish … no problems since). The burner control knobs are out of the way of the top which makes cleaning very easy but it would be helpful to have clearer markings or LED lighting on the dials for easier position reading. The convection and broiler does a great job!
Just have one beef that I am hoping a software update will fix. That is, the oven control is easily tuned off, if you happen to wipe a spill off of the control panel when the oven is in use. When not in use, a Control Lock feature is easy to engage. So that helps a bit. A simple swipe 'confirm' command action on the control panel would fix this.
Re: wifi, we did have some initial issues with the connecting the app. I have MAC address access blocks on my network that I did not have opened when I first tried to complete the wifi connection. I think this needed to be put in place before trying to complete the connection. I rebooted the range by restarting the main power feed, then everything when smoothly. A recent update seems to have all of the features working.

smart range and oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for about a month. I like the cooking features. I haven't tried the oven too much. It takes a long time to heat up. The glass top is challenging to keep clean. I had a glass top previously that was much easier to clean. Have not tried the wi-fi cooking feature. The timer is TOO quiet. Can't be heard outside of 5'.
