Not good

Got this model 1 month ago, and could not turn off the oven at all, tech came out to fix issue but couldn't fix it, just got a new stove yesterday, and ONCE AGAIN cannot turn the oven off!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Getting used to it!

It took some getting used to - learning to work my new oven. A lot of issues connecting to wifi because my signal is apparently not strong enough, but I rarely use the feature. Like others have attested, touch controls are VERY sensitive and I didn't know if I could really deal with it - but time and practice have helped. If the cooktop and control panel are greasy, it's very hard to scroll through the settings.
I have used the Convect Bake conversion feature for 2 recipes (potatoes and meatloaf) and both have been undercooked in the time allotted. But, I have baked chicken and used broiler and both worked very well. Frozen bake also works well. Will be cooking first Thanksgiving meal in this oven and looking forward to it.
It's a great looking appliance - and we really wanted the super large burners on the top which work well. Although, I feel it takes a long time to boil water on the elements. Kitchen timer could definitely be louder. I recommend buying the cleaning supplies that are manufacturer recommended - what we thought were irreparable scratches came off with the recommended cleaner. You will certainly enjoy learning to use this oven - and the look will receive complements!

Nice Range

Also, the sound for the timer is not loud enough. I had seen that this was an issue on the previous model year but I thought that Whirlpool would have taken care of this for the 2018 model.

Size of the oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my new stove I got 2 weeks ago, the oven size is wonderful because I can bake 2 cookie sheets at one time on one rack . I just put them in and not having to turn it side ways.

Great range

Purchased in April and was received in August. Range was not packed well as there was some damage to the exterior. . Modern looking range,Very large oven, heats up quickly and bakes well. Great features and easy to use. Oven cleanup needs to be done regularly for easier cleanup. Top Is easy to maintain using cleaner for glass cooktop.

Stupid Smart Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to match my other non-smart appliances. It has switched into Demo mode twice (only been in use for 3 weeks). When you reach across stove the touch screen is very sensitive to clothing/belly touching. Water drops will also change the touch screen. It's very pretty... however I wish I had never bought this.

Great features

I like the touch screen features on the oven part of the range. I like the 'flame' image on the screen. I'm still learning about all the features. Very happy so far.
