[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our range got set in demo mode. It took a lot time with the manual to figure out what happened. I can see this happening with sabbath mode as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item at a pretty fantastic price and it has some very cool features. My husband has connected it to blue tooth so he can pre-heat the oven before he gets home. The black glass top is sleek and easy to keep clean. Overall very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range and oven work well. It cooks and bakes as a stove should. However, the stove knobs are very hard to read. Big issue! Another thing I dislke is when you clean the top of the front panel, you have to be very careful as you turn on the light, the settings come up or can easily turn off the oven if it is on, etc. Also, if you are using the oven, be very careful if you get anything out of the bottom drawer... it gets very hot! Do not put anything in that drawer that can melt. I would not buy this range again but it is pretty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking drop in oven. Not a real fan of electric cook tops, but have no choice where I live. Time will tell if top scratches, but so far so good. Front controls are easy to operate for cook top. Controls for oven are touch controls and very sensitive, but we seem to be getting use to them. I connected oven to my phone via Whirlpool app. Works fine, but I will probably never use it. Cook top shows every mark or smudge and needs to be cleaned all the time. We are happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Whirlpool slide-in smart stove on July 5th, 2018. Great looking stove, I chose black stainless. The burners work great but the top flat digital panel is very sensitive and constantly turns on when you wipe over the screen to clean it. I have used the oven a total of 4-5 times since owned and it appeared to work well. Two weeks ago, the end of October I noticed the panel screen showed the photo of an hour glass. None of the features or touchpads on the panel worked to clear this or turn on the oven. I was unable to troubleshoot the problem and the Whirlpool hotline had no answers. Needless to say, I had to arrange for a Whirlpool appliance technician to come out and determine what the problem was and hopefully fix it. Well, apparently the mother board needs to be replaced. No explanation as to why it just died. There was no power outage and I had not used the oven for about a week. Although covered by warranty, I still do not have the new part since it is on order. Not to mention I have to make another appointment for the technician to come out when the part comes in to repair the stove. I'm quite upset considering the cost of this appliance. Brand new and the motherboard just dies... not good. Now I'm questioning if this was such a great choice.

Great Fit, Great Look, Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We modified our countertop to go from a smooth cooktop with a cabinet underneath to accommodate this great slide in range, removed the double ovens in another area to accommodate a coffee bar with a microwave drawer underneath the coffee bar. The range fits great, looks great and we love all the features. We really like the triple burner, double burner and the three back burners. The oven control panel is VERY TOUCHY so we keep it in "LOCK" mode when not in use. We haven't had a need to clean the oven yet, hopeful it will be an easy task. Wish the bottom drawer was a little deeper but otherwise everything (to date) is fantastic.
