Great features. Ovens heat up very quickly. Burners are powerful. Love the matte black color. Better features than similar low end commercial look ovens.

Gorgeous Stove but fundamentally flawed.

I have a matte black dual oven dual fuel with copper handles. I also have the matching range hood which are gorgeous. The compliments are never ending. Unfortunately the overall quality, multiple repairs, and customer support are severely lacking. I want to love this stove but sorry to say I would avoid it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

oven should have been calibrated

Nice appliance, but both ovens were of by more than 20 degrees. i have had to calibrate and recalibrate over and over again to get ALMOST where it needs to be. This is a 5 star product that was shipped and installed with 2 stars

Not as great as I hoped

I was so excited to install these (just remodeled the entire kitchen and got all cafe appliances). The first thing I discovered was the the App was VERY frustrating to use and would glitch and close out. Secondly, I looked everywhere for instructions videos showing all the fancy features and how to use them. Nothing.
OOOOH, and with all the appliances now on my wifi, I can't even watch a movie (we live somewhere were good internet access is a struggle). So now I've had to disable that feature which was one of the reasons I purchased the appliances!
The first time baking bacon in the oven it burned on one side and wasn't fully cooked on the other (tray placed horizontally in oven). Overall, I expected more from these appliances and GE.

Beautiful, versatile

Works great, looks terrific. The app features are very convenient (preheat, timer set, on/off status, etc.). One small issue is that the spark starters for the rear burners constantly click when using the front left burner. Strange.

Totally Amazing!!

Absolutely wonderful, the best of both worlds. We replaced a gas range that also had a gas oven. Temperature and cook times were always an issue. We liked the gas cooktop and didn’t want to give it up to get an electric oven. This dual fuel range has been perfect! It’s so nice to be able to follow recipe cook times and temperatures and everything come out as expected. The 6 burner cooktop is awesome as well. We’ve also enjoyed being able to preheat and monitor the oven with the handy app. You may be hesitant about the price tag but you will not regret it. It’s amazing!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
