Looks great!

We bought this 10 months ago. We had no complaints as we navigated using a new range. The baking times were different than our old range. The stove top burners are good but don't work great if you have smaller pans.
After 9 months the ovens stopped working. We have been without an oven for over a month while technicians go back and forth trying different things to get it to work. For the premium price we paid I did not expect to be without the oven for a month less than a year after purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broiler Auto Shut Off

It is ridiculous that with a 3 grand stove the top broiler switches off after 10 minutes so cooking steaks is impossible.

We had this range installed a month ago. The oven works nicely, however the front left burner (of which I cannot find in depth detail as to why this burner is different from the others) is not working properly. While cooking with this burner, all 5 other burners keep firing off to light. This is a few minutes into cooking - not while lighting. GE sent technician out promptly, who sent us an all new burner. The problem still persists. Waiting on a technician to come back again. Have yet to enjoy all 5 burners. My old Jenn Air had a toast option for the upper oven, so I miss that. But other than the burner issue, the oven works fine and it's nice to have the griddle. Just hard to clean.

Build quality an issue upon deliver not exceeding

Have a call in to have the doors alignment fixed. Top door of oven is uneven and does not line up at all with bottom door. Also, no user instruction came with the unit. Not completely satisfied with this product yet. Hopeful that this issue can be solved as the stove itself is exactly what I wanted. The look and features in this stove are great! For the price paid for this top of the line of appliance I would expect much more from GE in initial build quality and attention to detail.

Display panel does not work!!!

We have used our ovens less than 5 times since delivery in late December 2019. The control panel has gone out 2x during this time. The gas stove top works and the oven is getting power, but the control panel is out. Service fixed the "loose connection" the first time and less than a week later the control panel is out again!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This stove does great broiling. the griddle does a great job of distributing the heat - great for pancakes.

Excellent burner control; proofing rocks!

Although with COVID-19 it took a while to get this unit delivered, when we finally did we're quite happy with it. The control on the burners is very nice and precise. This is the first range I've been able to make Bearnaise and Hollandaise sauce directly on the burner without a double boiler!
Also it is very good at making French Onion soup, which in my experience many ranges struggle with due to the higher temperatures on the latter stages of cooking that particular recipe.
I've never had an oven with "proofing" mode before -- I didn't think I'd have any need for it. I make bread on a semi-daily basis and I can say that the proofing mode gives a nice, consistent timely rise for the doughs. I now use this mode on a regular basis for most all of my breads.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How long until my range will be delivered?

I ordered my range last March, 2021. Today I was told by the store that the range may be delivered this August. 6 weeks ago it was to be March 2022. Why so long?
