Nice Range but some Annoyances

Very nice range but I am annoyed that I can not use half the features unless I hook it up to wifi. I should not be forced into having to connect to use convection roast and air fry. I paid for those features!

Dual Fuel range is the best of both worlds - quick and reliable - Gas range for precision stovetop cooking and electric ovens for fast preheat and stable temps! Waited a bit to review as this was a warranty replacement for a different Cafe range. Double ovens make large dinners easy and the small oven is super convenient for daily cooking. Cleans up beautifully. Griddle heats more evenly than I guessed it would. Was worried the lower oven would be awkward but it hasn't been a problem at all. I think this is the perfect 'full' performance range/oven for a kitchen without a lot of extra space. It resolved my thoughts of needing wall oven(s). We don't max out the 6 burners, but having the choice of sizes/BTU's allow the perfect flame size for whatever I'm cooking.
The smart features that have been the most helpful are the phone alerts, software upgrades and ability to control limited functions remotely.
Caveats - packing 6 burners into a 30" means flames to the edge and you definitely need to keep the area next to the range top free of flammable items. Requires a gas line AND 240v power in specific locations behind stove so careful prep required.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s a year old and I love it

It and the first place and it’s a major design element in our kitchen. I consider myself an accomplished home cook and so do my friends. This stove has made me a better cook. The ovens heat is remarkable even so that my breads come out perfectly shaped and evenly browned. The Turkey mode produces perfectly cooked and evenly browned 14 lb birds. No special handling other than salt and pepper. The two ovens are even more useful than I thought. I find the temperature control in the ovens spot on even for slow braising at 275 in my Dutch oven. The gas cooktop is pretty amazing. I love the tri-burner for its control . I finally have enough heat to properly use a wok. While a gas cooktop is inherently harder to clean, I find a mild multi surface prayer cleaner does a good job and a little Bar Keepers friend handles the tougher jobs. The quick steam clean in the ovens has been all I have needed in the

A lot of features and just plain nice to work on

I love this stove. I can air fry, broil, bake, in two ovens. We use the top grill a lot at lunch time. Also got the microwave, Refrigerator and Dishwasher. I love them all

Oven Fan is Very Loud!

I just had my duel fuel range installed and started to use it. Love the look. The gas cook top seems great so far with lots of burner options. However, I used the oven for the first time tonight and the oven fan is ridiculous loud and it comes on almost immediately. This can't be normal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Difficult to set oven temperature

We want to help out with your range controls not setting. We suggest trying an electronic reset. This can performed by removing the power cord for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. Cafe 30 in dual fuel range

I bought one of the dual fuel double ovens in 2021 and unfortunately I can not recommend it. It is very attractive on the outside but the gas burners ignite constantly while you are only trying to cook on one of them. I had it looked at numerous times with no improvement
