It’s beautiful

I just bought this appliance and I’m really happy I did because it can connect to my WiFi and with the app can start my oven from anywhere! It’s absolutely gorgeous

Range Is beautiful

I’m somewhat happy with this range. But the pilot keeps clicking on one burner even after it’s lit. It frustrating because this is a brand new appliance. The warranty has kicked in and we have a tech coming out to check out the problem.

Enjoying my new oven

Purchased a couple months ago and love the gas on top and double electric ovens although the ovens take a long time to preheat and there's only one timer.

Perfect!

It works great it has a great big surface on top for cooking love the double oven feature,using it regularly. The only thing I don’t understand is that the igniters are clicking when I use the front left burner. I got my first one replaced when I called to report the problem and the second one is doing the same thing so it seems like it’s an electrical issue but I have a standard and correct outlet so not sure what else to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quality and Style

After extensively researching gas ranges, I chose the GE Cafe 30” Slide-In Dual Fuel Double Oven with Convection Range. The name, alone, speaks of some of the features, but after delivery and installation, I have an even better appreciation of its quality. I am providing this review shortly after delivery and it is focused mostly on why I selected it versus usage at this point in time. That review will come later.
The grates are very heavy and provide a continuous cooking surface over the six gas burners. Yes..six burners on a 30” range! Included is a very heavy cast iron griddle that can be used over the two middle burners. The btu output is very adequate; each burner is very quick to ignite and the knobs work very smoothly.
I customized my range by purchasing the brushed black hardware which was more complimentary to my decor.
The control panel and knobs are front facing. I love this feature as it will eliminate or minimize grease and/or food splatter cleanup. When leaning over the stove to clean it after installation, I did push a knob in far enough to illuminate the control panel. Although the knob did not turn enough to ignite a burner, one should be aware of this.
There is one roller rack and two standard racks which are interchangeable between the two ovens. The ovens and the racks are self cleaning. Also included is a temperature probe for the bottom oven.
During installation my range slid back within one inch of the wall. An adaptive spacer was screwed to the back of the stove giving the appearance of being part of the rear vent. What a nice finishing touch.
I have not set up the mobile app yet, but I can speak to that at a later date.
I never thought I would be this excited about an appliance! Thank you GE for a stylish, quality range.
