Display is Defective! Very poor quality

We purchased our brand new home 3 years ago that is complete with Bosch appliances. The microwave display is hardly visible even with brightest display. Very disappointing quality and I see here and elsewhere online that this our experience is not unique. Such poor quality from a supposedly premium brand. Bosch should stand behind their products.

Repaired Multiple Times

We bought this product believing that Bosch was top quality and they would back their products. Completely and utterly wrong.
We have had to repair this unit MULTIPLE times. First the screen began to dim to the point where it was impossible to see. SECOND, the fuse blew because the door hinge seemed to stick. After this, we had to open the door gently. THIRD, now it does not actually heat.
I will NEVER buy another Bosch product again. This product was only 5 years old and I feel completely jipped. Technicians will not touch a microwave combo unit (we were not made aware of this).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Screen Dimmed

Product worked as a normal microwave for much more than average price of a microwave but screen failed 2 years in. I wouldnt buy anything bosch ever again other than dishwasher for having over 12k in their appliances.

Lot of functions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many functions that I'm still figuring out the best settings for everything. The microwave so far though seems to take 2x as long as a specific microwave oven but that might be because I haven't fully figured out how this device works yet, it's not super intuitive so I'm in the process of memorizing the manual
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible

The display went dim in 2018 and the control panel was replaced. Now the microwave is completely dead. I'm defiinely disappointed that this expensive built-in microwave doesn't last.
