Do not buy this microwave

We have owned this model for 25 months now and in that time period we have had to repair the turntable TWICE. Both times the turntable simply stopped turning. In addition the digital display on the control panel is no longer visible. The design of the fold down door makes it virtually impossible to clean the back wall of the oven.
In addition to this wall oven, at the same time, we purchased a BOSCH wall oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. All appliances have had similar performance issues.
We are very disappointed/frustrated with these appliances. There certainly is no correlation between price and value for your money.
BOSCH has a reputation for providing well designed, engineered and quality products. They have definitely failed here.

Transforms Cooking For Us! Amazing Innovation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previously we had a wall microwave and oven combo (separate pieces). In Texas summers we were led to add a toaster over to avoid heating up our whole kitchen. With this innovative speed microwave oven installed we have a warmer, a second oven and broiler, convection over AND a microwave. Goodbye, toaster oven! Hello to our tasty, flexible fantastic looking kitchen. Don't doubt--this oven is worth every dollar!

display is barely visible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven was manufactured in Feb 2015 and I bought it little over a year ago (so it is out of warranty now). Display became so dim, it is barely visible. This is common problem but for old microwave (electrolytic capacitors age and do not perform right).
This oven is not even 2 years old and it has this problem. Unbelievable!

After a year of use, fading display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave oven along with a separate Bosch oven and had it installed in July of 2016. Nine months into regular use, the display started adding. I thought it was my impression until August of 2017 when it went completely off. I am totally disappointed! I thought this was a high end product, but I guess not.
It's also really hard to clean inside the oven and the ceramic plate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Display failed in less than four years - no repair

I bought this along with a conventional wall oven. Slightly more than four years later, the display is fading to black.
The repairman told me that he has seen this often with this model and he cannot get parts to repair it.
Very, very disapointing for a "premium" brand like Bosch.
I won't be buying Bosch again. Ever.

Disappointing

But I could barely read the display, even on "high" brightness, so had the display panel replaced. Seems the panel insert is smoked glass and the glass cover also smoked glass. So - basically unreadable even with lights off. Thought I was buying top of the line.
