Disappointing Quality

Replaced all Kitchen appliances. I bought this along with a convection wall oven, cook top, and dishwasher. Microwave has motherboard failure yet again. This makes four (4) times in the past 18 months. The repairman told me that he has seen this often with Bosch appliances. Very, very disapointing for a so-called "premium" brand like Bosch. I won't be buying Bosch again. Ever.

Mine is also 4 years old and the display has slowly dimmed over the past couple months! I would not recommend buying this brand!

Loud and screen brightness faded

Don’t purchase Bosch!

I have this in my kitchen and the display got so dim I can’t even read it. I went to order a new circuit board but learned that one is no longer made by Bosch and there is no alternative. What a piece of junk. The only thing worse is the lack of support from the manufacturer!

Great Idea, Poor Execution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 4 years ago. Already replaced the switch on the door, kept blowing the circuit breaker. Now the display is dim and the alarm no longer works. Not easy to find the display part.
