[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] had it for about one month already. works great, no complains. Auto sense heating feature is useless in my opinion though... it heats food way too much and there is no way that I could fine to tune it. but overall, it's still excellent product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The door design creates inconvenient to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door opens in front downward is not easy for cleaning. Plus the door can't move like other transitional ovens. So it's really hard for reach very deep inside. I have to use tall step/stool for clean very inside task. If the door can be designed open side wing probably will be lot better or easier.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Panel light is unreadable already.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many qualities about this speed oven I love...the capability to microwave or bake, the dual trays. The big problem I have is the panel light is so dull I can hardly see it.

JUNK BOSCH combination oven and microwave.

Without a doubt after this many years a company could build something that’d last more than a few years.thats if they really wanted to build quality appliances. I don’t think that’s Bosch’s objective. 3200 dollar combo oven and convection microwave. Looks pretty on the outside but the business end is JUNK. You think it would be bullet proof but it’s total junk. But hey we the consumer stay on the wheel going round and round buying junky built appliances and then having to buy parts after the warranty is out. Keeps their parts profits up and gives the repair people work. Pitiful. Purchased new and had it installed. Within ONE MONTH the WHOLE UNIT stopped working and oven and microwave had to be replaced. Shortly afterwards display went out on microwave. Fixed. Shortly afterwards whole microwave stopped heating. Replaced. Now the microwave display is out again. The display on the oven has a digit that’s very bright and the other two digits are dim. This is what the microwave display did before it went out so looks like the oven display is on its way out too. Also the oven makes a loud buzzing noise. When my wife turns on the oven I can hear it in at the back of our house in the bedroom. Push in on the front door of the oven and the noise almost stops so no it’s not a bearing going out in the fan. Why can’t we spend crazy money on things like appliances like every 15 years and know your going to have something that’ll last. To have all of this in a 3 year period is inexcusable. Profit before quality. There’s just no other way to summarize it. And you’d like to ask the CEO tell me what was the root cause of all of these failures? What have you done to your design specifications so that from this day forward this issue will never happen again on a BOSCH product. They won’t answer that. You and I may be able to hop off of the perpetual wheel buying appliances and parts if they really tried to solve the problems. I went back to the place where I made the huge mistake purchase of this product tonight to talk to the manager to tell him how disappointed I was in my appliance and we’ll that was a waste of time ALMOST. I ran into an old high school friend that was actually looking at a Bosch product. I told her about my 3 year 3200 dollar Bosch nightmare. I saved her from making the same mistake so it wasn’t a total wasted trip. She just moved on and found another brand. I wish it was the other way around and I could tell her how happy I’d been with my Bosch appliance. And I would have done that if that was the case. I never write reviews and this ones so long it will probably kick me off when I try to submit it. If I can save one person from making the same mistake I did then it’s worth my time and effort.

Serviced twice since 2015

Within a year of owning this unit, I had to have heating sensors replaced. Just yesterday, unit totally stopped working and I will have to call for repair again.
