Looks Beautiful but the quality isn't there

Have had this Micro for 4 years and have had to have it repaired every year since we bought it! First, one door switch broke & it popped the breaker. We replaced the switch. Second, the other door switch went bad, we replaced it. Then, the door springs broke inside the door (major issue as the entire door must be replaced or destroyed to get to these springs) we replaced them. Then, the door switch broke again (now we have to replace again!). During the last 2 years we have been dealing with the display that is so dim it is unreadable! We are not replacing the display as it is too expensive and we are ready to throw in the towel the next time it breaks! We are on our last repair! When we purchased the Bosch Micro we also purchased the matching oven and the dishwasher. We were thinking Bosch made quality products but I now see that we were very wrong!

Breaks constantly.

WIll burn popcorn no matter what you do. As others have complained the display went bad and a sping in the door broke. Also the light stopped working.

Poor manufacturing

Bad, repaired 4 times in 4 years and twice within the 2 first years. Latches broken, digital display faded away and now hinge door springs broke. then found out made in Chine. So much for German quality !!!!

Bosch Should Be Ashamed

This microwave should have been recalled. As other reviewers have stated, the display light fades out so that it's unreadable. Very expensive repair for 2-year-old microwave. Now there are many sparks/explosions at the back of my microwave when there is no food in it at all… I'm throwing in the towel on this one, and am now shopping for a non-Bosch replacement.

I am so dissapointed in BOSCH! all the reviews are accurate. Same things have happened with my microwave. Had the microwave for 4 years and now the latest is it wont even power on! I will not be going with or reccomending Bosch in the future.

We have had to purchase 3 microwaves in 5 years. You will need to get the extended warranty otherwise you will be purchasing a new microwave.

Really poor product

Very soon after we bought this microwave, the display started getting dim. That continued to get worse to the point you couldn't see any display at about 1 year. But it still worked. Now it has completely died after 4 years. I thought Bosch made good products, but this one was really bad.
