[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love this refrigerator. It's big enough for two people. And small enough where you can still see everything and not lose random containers of leftovers to spoil on the shelf or leave produce wilting away in the back of a drawer. People walk into our house and comment on how tiny it is, but for us, it's perfect. The last one we had was big enough for a family of 5-6, and it felt like such a waste, both of space in the kitchen, and of unnecessary cubic feet we were paying to keep cool.
It's quiet. We love the little ice maker and the ability to make ice on our own (we actually had to turn the ice maker off on our last fridge, because it would make such an grating, churning noise when the motor was running).
Lastly, I never thought I'd care about whether or not the freezer was on the top or the bottom, but have really grown to love it being down below. It's nice not to have to stoop and bend, and have everything in the fridge at perfect eye level.

Purchased the fridge since it was a great compact concept for my counter depth area. After a year the 2nd freezer drawer broke where you slide the drawers in. Instead of it being metal its some kind of foam. The drawer is poorly made as well since some of the front pieces of the drawer tabs broke off as well. I was able to super glue it to hold it in place. The day after Thanksgiving 2022 my freezer and fridge slowly got warm and all my food was wasted and not salvageable. Turns out the compressor was bad and most LG products are under extra warranty due to class action lawsuit. I was able to schedule a tech to come in and look at it free of charge but it was about almost 2 weeks out. Luckily the tech had a cancelation and was able to come that Monday. He was able to replace the compressor and everything seems fine but I'm worried about how long it will last at this point.

I bought the unit and the compressor failed just short of 5 years. It was promptly repaired by a competent LG Re yin my home. Have had to replace 2 door shelves due to cracking. Exterior skin has dented rather easily

Great fridge & freezer, still strong after 6 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge 6 years ago and I've used it everyday ever since as my main fridge! It has been working very well without any issues. Even the shelves and drawers that seem a little fragile have been holding super well under the weight of many bottles of wines, beers, and up to 20lbs of cheese/fruits mix. I would highly recommend it.
