Charbroil Vertical Smoker is poor

I have used a bullet style smoker in the past and bought this one for the ability to regulate the temperature. Unfortunately, I find this smoker difficult to get hot enough to cook the food without constantly adding charcoal. I will sell this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not a bad smoker but I am going to fab. a side firebox for dry smoking. It works great for smoking our Thanksgiving turkey as is bit I want to dry smoke some fish & venison. I would like to see an add on side firebox. Wouldn't be hard to do I don't think

So I decided this smoker is not a cooker 6 hours and pork not done finished in oven. Wich I've settle with as a starter is ok but there's no way you can cook till done heat is to unreliable but flavor was nice

I am happy with my smoker. Assembly took a while but easy enough. I liked it so much I bought one for my son also.

Awesome smoker

Best on the market! My husband is an avid griller and has tried all kinds of smokers, Char-Broil has it all! No worries about heat once you get the correct setting, definitely recommend!

Nice Starter Smoker

I got this smoker specifically for Cold Smoking. The smoker is built out of very thin metal, which is not ideal to retain heat, however excellent for what I wanted it. It did the job right. So far, I've been able to successfully smoked peppers, nuts, cheeses, salmon, beef strips and sausages. I have also used it as a holder for meats when I have large gatherings. Great little toy to have!!!

Just perfect

My husband purchased this for me because my last smoker which cost 4x the amount of this one broke after a couple of uses!. This smoker is easy to use and just perfect couldn't be happier. The only thing I wish it had is a drip tray so when I take my food out it doesnt spill on the ground. Other than that I love love love it
