Great But Be Patient

I purchased 8 of these along with many, many...MANY other products. The project came out great. I started it November 2018. I just need 1 more wall cabinet to ever shop up without damage and I will be done! That is the only problem. Over 50% of every order showed up dented and had to be returned for replacement. In the end, even many of the wall cabinets I installed have small dents that are not at all visible after installation. They look perfect, inside and out, but it is a pity that they can't deliver 100% perfect perfect product. No worries, after many returns and such my garage looks and works great and it really is a great product...
I would recommend this to a friend!

First off, I bought this system on-line without seeing them in person...that's my mistake, but read lots of reviews so I thought I knew what I was getting into. I will say the shipping was super-fast and I received all boxes within 4 business days…(2) full door hanging wall cabinets, (1) large 2-door floor cabinet, (1) set of tracks and a set of the track-end caps. After opening the boxes I discovered that ALL of the cabinet doors and walls were VERY beat up, dented and completely bent out of line...they looked like they had been through a car wreck. However, the boxes were so incredibly heavy and a mess to open that I didn't want to have to move them again. I decided to just use a rubber mallet to try and "remold" the parts back into place...at least enough to assemble the cabinets. The assembly took 1 full night after work and the installation took another full night. They were not difficult to put together, but the directions were a little unclear and could be worded much better. The doors on all 3 cabinets, large and small, do NOT fit correctly on any of the cabinet boxes. At no point do they line up since the metal is so "flexible" and can obviously be manipulated. All in all, the cabinets are tolerable for what I need, but they could stand to be better quality. Track Installation Upon opening the box of white tracks I noticed that they were completely scuffed up with black marks and filthy dirty, not to mention the box had been wrapped in taped from already being opened! I can guarantee these were probably sent back from someone else who didn't want them so they just shipped them out to me. Not necessary on their part, but heck, I'm just going to hang them on the garage wall and cover them with cabinets. However, the tracks do NOT include installation screws or any installation hardware. They should at least throw in a set of sheet rock screws or make it obvious during checkout that they are not included!

Lock is a joke. And breaks easily.

Broke 2 locks now. They just fall apart. Also the way the lock works is very cheap. Might keep your five your old out but that's it.

Serious Quality Control Issues

Just unwrapped the cabinet to put the dolleys on and the holes for the bolts are stamped wrong! They are supposed to be square. Now the wheels can't be installed. I thought these were pre-assembled! These are junk.

Great product but can’t get the locks to work.

Bought these second hand, they came assembled, keys included. After getting them in my garage, I noticed once the key is in, when to lock it, the key won’t come out unless the lock tab on thr back is up and down.. very unsatisfactory in my book. Will go look for the proper locks or buy universal ones for all 3 of my storage units.

Missing Parts / Caster Installation Challenging

Unit was missing door latch lever and nut. The units base drilling for attaching casters was off. I was only able to tighten down some of the caster bolts and nuts.
