We got the set about 3 months ago. It has changed our thinking and process on our laundry. Our clothes never looked better coming out of dryer and the features are amazing.

I got this dryer in May and love it! It saves a lot of time when doing laundry and I love all the dryer settings. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it occasionally will not start up unless I reset the options.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Two major defective parts

Purchased dryer on 6/30/18. Noticed natural gas smell at outside dryer vent. Repairman found defective gas valve. Ordered part and repaired. On repair defective water valve found for steam function. This part was ordered and replaced. Connector from dryer to outlet vent did not fit new dryer. Found after second part replacement that dryer was venting into room. I replaced with semi-rigid aluminum duct.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
