We’ve had our cooktop for a couple of weeks now and couldn’t be happier with it! It’s so nice to have that 5th burner. The cooktop is roomy and easy to use. Looking forward to many family meals prepped on this!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love high output burners! Super easy to clean and put in dishwasher! Pots stable on burner and lover 5 burners and the grill

Cooks well, but....

Given the price and the fact that this is GE's 2nd only to Monogram, I am very disappointed in this cooktop. It has nice features and cooks very well, but it is not quite a year old and the stainless steel has already discolored very badly around the burners - it looks terrible. I'm also constantly wiping bits of rust off the grates, and the right side grate has warped - pans rock on it. I've had 2 stainless cooktops prior to this one, both far less expensive, and didn't have either problem with either of them. If it looks this bad after a year, I can't even imagine what it will be like in 5. The other issue is that the spokes of the grates do not come close enough together. My 8" skillet is precarious at best, let alone my smallest saucepan.If they had extended the spokes another 1/2" into the center, that would solve the problem. Like I said, it cooks well, but for the price I wouldn't expect these other problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
