Love my cooktop

We replaced a glass electric with a gas stovetop that is GE Cafe. It is really nice. Pans heat quickly, easy to control the temperature & is a breeze to clean. We love it & wish we would have never messed with the glass top.

Great features, especially the grill.

We used the built-in grill while waiting for our pots and pans to be delivered. Great feature—I’ve used the grill top to cook pancakes and even sear mini peppers.

Been waiting for this to arrive and it is beautiful. Works wonderfully and I love all the different BTU's. Comes with a heavy and I mean heavy griddle.

Aside from the BTUs which I love, I absolutely hate this cooktop. It is stainless steel and it scratches so easy, it is very hard to clean without having smudges appear all over it and lastly the first time I washed the knobs by hand with a soft cloth the finish started coming off. I bought the black stainless steel package and I really wish they would make the cooktop with a black stainless option as well. When we rebuild we will buy the same package except for this cooktop. We will find a cooktop in another brand that is black stainless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gorgeous and Functional

I bought this cooktop with the rest of my appliances from the cafe line. These burners are high power and get a boil quickly, while the simmer option works great on an all day simmer. Burners light easily.
