Faulty cooktop

Upon moving into our new home, 2 months ago, the grill top was broken. We requested and received a replacement left grill. Not 2 weeks later, the right side grill broke. We requested a replacement and we are still waiting to receive it in thy mail. My family was raised on GE appliances and normally it’s an outstanding product. However, we are really disappointed in this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love This Cooktop

I have never had a stand-alone cooktop. I love this one. It has 5 burners and I love the lock feature. It’s east to clean!

Enjoy cooking again

Love all the options and features when cooking. Much easier to clean than my original 28 year old cooktop. We purchased this GE cafe appliance because we were pleased with the quality of our original GE Monogram cooktop. We love to cook and use several times a day. We can definitely see the upgrades compared to that old appliance. It looks beautiful surrounded by the quartz countertop we selected. They complement each other.

Bought a month ago and am so happy with the cook times and ease of use. Boiling a pot of water has greatly improved from my old cooktop.
