Have used it for frying, boiling and making pie fillings so far. It has met all expectations and heats faster than old stove reducing preparation time. Even and consistent heat makes things like crepes and eggs a pleasure to prepare for the family. Will use the lock feature when grand kids come over!

This ragne top is easy to use and I love the gas locking feature on it especially with small children in my home. The griddle is great as well and easy to keep clean.

After my husband adjusted the air flow so I did not have black soot all over every pot and pan it works fantastic. I was nervous for gas but absolutely love my cook top!!

Love my new Cafe range.. however gave only 4 stars as the cook top already needed replacements. Knobs, LED lense need improvement to be muck more robust.
