Looks nice but badly designed

The knobs are too close to the burners and if a pan slightly hangs over the edge of the burner, the knobs will melt (and have). The grill looks nice, but it is awkward to clean and scratches very easy as the tiny rubber pads don’t always line up correctly. Again... nice looking but look elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Knobs wear out

My the paint on my knobs is already chipping away. We’ve had this product for less than a year.

Big upgrade for us!

We bought this a week ago, and it came as advertised. The backlit on/off knobs are a safety feature our old cooktop didn't have. Set up was a breeze and everything worked perfectly right out of the box.
We have no complaints, just a warning - the right front burner looks similar to the ones on the left, but it is way more powerful! Use caution not to overdo it!

Great looking and features; easy to clean, able to remove knobs easily. Plates heat up very fast and nice control to heating.

Chef Connect Would Have Been Nice

I bought this gas cooktop with a Profile over the counter convection/microwave oven, which has the ChefConnect wireless feature to turn on the lights and fan of the over the counter microwave as indicated by a range, but the gas cooktop doesn't have the same feature - too bad. It would have been nice if the fan and light turned on when I started a burner on the cooktop.
I would recommend this to a friend!
