Scratches easily!

I swapped from electric to gas. I love a gas cooktop but this one scratches very easily. The color is already coming off the knobs and I have only had it a couple of months. It cooks great but it seems to be cheap made.

Plastic (fake stainless steel) knobs melt

The burners themselves work great, but the cheap plastic knobs melt super easily and make the entire cooktop look cheap. Can't find replacement knobs of this size that are actual stainless steel. Disappointing for a significant investment for our kitchen.

Nice look, but not up to the price point

I wanted to love this soo much. I like many other people, when cleaning it "scratched" the surface with the abrasive side of a sponge. I didn't even scrub hard, just to get some dried mess off. I'm very disappointed, with the cost it is, it shouldn't be so easily scratched.

Bad knobs

I truly love this product, but all my knobs are completely becoming peeled with white plastic showing underneath, maybe remake without plastic knobs in the future. Disappointed in the knobs

Back to Gas !!!

Have not used a gas cooktop in many years. I have been really pleased with the ability to make small changes in the temp. Never realized the difference between electric and gas. The raised grids are very easy to clean. I also purchased and after market Stoveguard protector. You can see it in the photo attached. It works great. Very pleased with the purchase. Thank you.

This cooktop is amazing. The burners really heat well and evenly and makes my job so much easier. I love that all the grates touch so I can put large pans over two burners. Easy to clean too.
