Good specs and value for the $

I bought this a month ago and needed a line output converter (KICKER) to hook up to B speakers on my vintage Marantz 2225 receiver paired with 1973 Klipsch Heresy (A) speakers. I was hoping for more response. Even on full gain with the main speakers off, there isn't much sound. Everything seems to be functioning on the sub. Maybe you have some tips for me??

35 years of JBL sound !

Hi, i bought this JBL Sub (second one) and i am satisfied. I own the 2-Studio 590, 2-Sub 550P, the surround Studio 210. I have my old L-80 JBL for my other room by about 35 year's. All to say that JBL is JBL for me. Never disappointed.

Beginner's subwoofer. Sounds above average for the price. My Denon 760H seems to stress it pretty hard so I have to dial down the gain.

Beast of a Home Theater Sub

The thing is heavy and powerful. I bought it because wireless subs are far too one dimensional, and I’m happy with this beast. It also looks aesthetically pleasing next to my TV stand.
