Ice maker doesn't work

We liked this product so much the first time, we bought it again! The fridge is spacious and shelving is adjustable. Milk jugs can fit in the door. When the ice maker works it is awesome!!! However, our icemaker went out and now it won't work at all. I've replaced the icemaker, defrosted the lines, replaced the water inlet valve and I still can't get it to work. I'm so frustrated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We found ourselves desperate for a new fridge/freezer during the pandemic (stock was extremely limited). This was the one available in the size we wanted. We would prefer a model with ice/water in the door, however, we love the larger refrigerator interior. That being said, the ice bin in the freezer is HUGE and takes up a lot of space. Other than that, and the ice machine making a lot of noise (occasional), we love this appliance!

Lots of room inside refrigerator

Had to call for service 2 weeks after it was delivered because the doors wouldn’t close properly.
