Looks nice, works well but has MAJOR flaw

Bought this 8 months ago. Two months ago, we had a power outage while we were traveling away from home. The refrigerator does NOT come back on. We came home to rotten and stinking food. A BIG mess. Last weekend, there was a city-wide power outage. Luckily, we were home and were able to turn the refrigerator back on. This is a HUGE flaw in the design of this model. I have never had a problem with a refrigerator NOT turning back on after power goes out. I wrote to customer service, but have not heard back to see if there is some way to program it to turn itself back on.

Missing parts and very noisey

Took 5 weeks to be delivered only to find missing and incorrect parts. Delivery guys didn't care they just wanted to be on their way. Very noisey refrigerator, gurgling sound all the time . Getting nowhere with having issues resolved, looking to return it and get another manufacturers refrigerator. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst Fridge Ever

I wish I could give it 0 stars. This came with our builder package and we have had nothing but problems. 3 years out and now we have to replace because they can't figure out why our ice maker won't work. The same ice maker we called about within the first year and had to have looked at multiple times then as well. The ice maker/water dispenser also always leaks. Will never buy another Frigidaire appliance based on this experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible!

This is a freezer and not a refrigerator. The deli drawer freezes EVERYTHING, and the rear of the shelves freezes everything too. We bought this a year ago, and the servicemen have replaced the control panel, and 4 other main components, always assuring us that it would be fixed. It STILL freezes everything. So if you want a freezer buy this unit.

Not reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new fridge a few weeks ago and all is fine as it should be on a new unit. This replaced a 10 year old identical Frigidaire model. We took it due to the chip shortage and the fact that it was in stock. Our identical previous model was trouble prone. Mis-aligned doors from the factory, crisper drawer cracked. Electric panel died twice. Ice was collecting on the bottom of the freezer on several occasions. They don't build them like they used to.
