[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrig less than 4 years ago and the compressor went out. Fortunately, lg extended the warranty for 5 yrs. They came out 5 days later to repair it. I’m not so happy with all the spoiled food!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really hard to keep surface clean, stainless steel cleaners don’t work, need to clean with white wine vinegar then use olive oil which leaves a lovely surface but very time consuming! Also if you close the left door last the right pops open every time! Super annoying and you don’t realize until the door alarm goes off a few minutes later.

I bought an LSFXC2476s fridge and it is not even 4 years old and the compressor is gone. Really? These LG products are garbage. Not buying another one ever again!

I was happy with this refrigerator until it broke 2 1/2 years into owning it. However, LG warranty covered it and replaced it free of cost. Great size for bottom freezer refrigerator

After five and one half years the fridge is not getting cold. Three repair visits from the service center on the LG website and still not fixed. Looks like there is no hope of it being able to get up and running. That is way too short of a period without it being able to be repaired.
