[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased this less than two years ago. Always carefully use it. I went on vacation for two months, and turned off everything. When I was back, it stops cooling. LG sent a tech to diagnose, and found out the compressor is dead. This was surprising to me, as it's only less than two years. Plus, the service took very long time, more than a month. I have to buy another freezer for the past month.
